Seven/Six months before
What we ask you to do:
- Decide the kind of ceremony: civil, religious or blessing.
- Fix the date, establish wedding budget and decide the number of guests.
- Fill in the request form. We answer to you in 24 hours!
What we will do for you:
- Finalize all details : number of guests, flowers and other services.
- In case of agreement upon our services, we will send you the contract with terms and conditions. The contract has to be signed and returned by fax or by mail.
- A deposit is required.
- Help you with the preparation of all legal documents. Do not forget that papers have a validity time of 6 months only.

4 month before
- Send invitation cards from Italy (we make it for you)
3 months before
- Choose witnesses, rings and bride/bridegroom dresses.
(if you don't come with witnesses, we will provide this service for you. Dresses can be rent or bought in Venice with our assistance)
1 month before
- Confirm all details to your personal coordinator
Before leaving to Venice
- Remember to bring Passport, ID card, original documents and rings
(if rings have not been requested to us).
Note. The sooner you decide the wedding day, the better offers we can arrange for you.
